At Luxeles, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. We accept returns or exchanges of new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date. Please ensure the garment tags are clearly visible in the photos, as this helps verify they haven't been removed, expediting the process. We will promptly review your request, usually within 24 hours, and provide further instructions.
Upon approval, you will receive instructions on how to return and return address. Please note, sending the package to the shipping address without prior approval may result in refusal, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses.

Allow 3-7 business days to process your request upon receiving and inspecting your package.

Refund and Exchange Policy
At Luxeles, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our guidelines below regarding returns and exchanges:
Return Criteria:

Merchandise must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.

Items must have all original tags attached.

Merchandise must be in good, unworn original condition- no stains, rips, foul odors, etc.

No alterations should have been made to the item.

Swimsuits must be full-priced at the time of purchase, with the hygienic plastic cover intact and unworn.

Undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds and Store Credit:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Expect a confirmation email once your return is processed. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.

Price adjustments will not be honored for any marked-down merchandise.

In the event that we are unable to ship your product due to special circumstances (such as shortages of materials and so on), our team will contact you within 1-2 days to discuss options for a refund or exchange. If you do not respond after we contact you, we will proceed with the refund automatically.
Exchanges:

If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you must cover the price difference.

For exchanges resulting in a lower-priced item, you will receive a gift card for the difference.
Faulty Items:

Report defects or damages within 7 days from delivery to service@luxeles.com. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for a return or result in additional fees.

We do not accept returns for merchandise damaged due to human factors beyond our control.

Please notice that due to technology and colors and patterns among other things beyond our control, certain colors, sizes, and textures may vary from those set forth on the website.

Faulty issues include broken holes, unsewn seams, and damaged segments. Luxeles reserves the right to address any other faults or issues not explicitly mentioned.
