Definition of Pre-order
Pre-ordering allows you to secure upcoming season's highly sought-after items before they become available in stock. This means that when you place your order, the item is still in production and not currently in our warehouse. Please check the item's availability status during checkout. Delivery times for pre-orders may vary.
Time of Shipping out Your Pre-order
The waiting period varies depending on the item. Typically, pre-orders are expected to ship within 15-30 working days from the item's publication date. Once the item is in our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within three days.
*Please note that if your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, they may be delivered separately.
Delay Situation
The manufacturing process involves several production and processing stages. While production follows a linear sequence, unforeseen issues may occasionally arise.
In the unlikely event of a delay, our Customer team will contact you promptly.
Cancel Pre-order
You can cancel a pre-order within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are not possible. If you decide to cancel within the first 24 hours, please contact our Customer team.
Additionally, if more than 30 working days have passed since your order, you may request cancellation of the pre-ordered item.
Change Shipping Address
You can update your shipping address by accessing your order details in your account. Contact our customer service before your order is dispatched to make any necessary changes. Once the order has shipped, address modifications cannot be applied.
